For customers located in Cairo and Giza, we offer a swift delivery service, ensuring that your order reaches you within 3 business days.
For customers in all other governorates, delivery will be completed within 5 business days, ensuring that no matter where you are, your order arrives in a timely manner.

Refunding & Cancellation Policies
At DOT, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:
Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.
Shipping Costs: Please note that the shipping fees for the return will be deducted from your refund, even if the original delivery was free.
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, the order will be processed and shipped, and you will need to follow the return policy for any refunds.
Please ensure that the product has not been used within the 14-day return period. If the product shows any signs of wear or use, we will not be able to process the return.
